Resolution of Red Cross Suit
For those who have been following the litigation surrounding the use of the red cross emblem, I just wanted you to know that earlier today Johnson & Johnson and the American Red Cross announced that they have reached a resolution of this matter.

It’s a situation that never should have happened.
While the legal case may be concluded, rebuilding the public’s trust will take longer.

How much money did the Red Cross have to divert from delivering services to those in need to defend this suit?
